A traveling photographic war memorial (now two identical versions) that honors our military Fallen from The Global War on Terror. This memorial, with 34 Tribute Towers, also includes our military who served in combat zones during this time, but succumbed to the invisible wounds suffered. Furthermore, additional Tribute Towers include those who died in stateside or non-combat training accidents.
The Purple Heart Balloon, Vietnam POW Tiger Cage and half-size replica of the Tomb of the Unknown are each very powerful additions to a parade or patriotic/military event. The Flights of Honor took 3,466 Veterans of WWII, Korea, Vietnam Wars and War on Terror to see their memorials in D.C. from 2008-2019. This exhibit includes hundreds of photos from these trips.
The 2024 Patriotic Parade will be held in downtown Omaha. Highlights of past years have included Lee Greenwood, Fort Riley’s Commanding General’s Mounted Color Guard, U.S. Army Old Guard Fife & Drum Corps, horses and so much more, while honoring our Nation’s veterans and Gold Star family members.
You can view short films that document veterans, like Sam Sambasile (above photo), as they shared their stories from World War II. With so few of the Greatest Generation left today, we believe it is imperative to capture these stories of courage and sacrifice for the sake of posterity.
